P1 Registration Documents Checklist
Complete list of documents needed for P1 registration — core documents plus phase-specific requirements.
Required for All Phases
- Child's birth certificate (original + photocopy)
- Child's NRIC or passport (if applicable)
- Parent's NRIC or passport
- Proof of residential address (e.g. utility bill, HDB lease)
Phase-Specific Documents
Phase 1
- Sibling's student pass or school report book
Phase 2A
- Proof of parent's alumni status or SAC/SMC appointment letter
- Staff appointment letter (if applicable)
Phase 2B
- PV appointment letter from school
- Community leadership appointment letter (if applicable)
Phase 2C / 2C Supp
- Proof of residential address (must match registered address)
Phase 3
- Student's Pass
- Parent's Employment Pass or work permit
