How to interpret this data
Applicants shows how many children applied in Phase 2C. Places shows how many Phase 2C vacancies were available.
When applicants exceed places, MOE conducts a ballot. "Balloted" means not everyone was admitted. "All admitted" means every applicant got a place.
The verdict badge reflects the average applicant-to-place ratio across available years. A ratio above 1.5 is considered highly competitive.
