Guaranteed a place if sibling is currently enrolled. Very rarely goes to ballot.

Phase 2AUpcoming

Early July 2026 — refer to MOE website for exact dates

Alumni members, endorsed parent volunteers, school/MOE staff, and advisory committee members.

Balloting:Yes

Alumni must have joined the alumni association at least 1 year before registration.

Phase 2BUpcoming

Mid July 2026 — refer to MOE website for exact dates

Parent has completed 40+ volunteer hours at the school, or is a community/religious leader endorsed by the grassroots.

Balloting:Yes

Volunteer applications typically open 2–3 years in advance. Plan early.

Phase 2CUpcoming

Early August 2026 — refer to MOE website for exact dates

All Singapore citizens and PRs who have not yet secured a school place.

Balloting:Yes

Distance from home to school is the main tiebreaker. Children within 1 km get highest priority.

Phase 2C SupplementaryUpcoming

Mid August 2026 — refer to MOE website for exact dates

Children without a school place after Phase 2C. Same eligibility as Phase 2C.

Balloting:Yes

Vacancies here are limited. MOE will help place unplaced children after this phase.

Phase 3Upcoming

International students (non-citizen, non-PR). Subject to available vacancies.

Balloting:No

Apply directly to the school. Phase 3 is school-administered, not centrally balloted.
